Cornucopia Salad

Ingredients:

Mixed greens (spring greens in a bag works)
Green onions
1 Granny Smith apple
Craisens
Almond slivers
1 small can of mandarin orange slices drained
1 avocado
Blue cheese crumbles
Turkey (roasted or lunch meat)
Creamy vinaigrette salad dressing

Directions:
1.  Rinse mixed greens and place in a larger salad bowl.  Cut green onions (use mostly whites), green apple and turkey into bite size pieces.  Toss green onion, apple, turkey, Craisens, almond slivers, mandarin oranges, and blue cheese with the salad greens.  Cut avocado into slices and place on top.
2.  Use creamy vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette, or Brianna's Blush Wine Vinaigrette (Strawberry) salad dressing.
3.  Serve with warm bread.  Great with homemade zucchini or banana bread.
