TOASTED PECAN CLUSTERS

Ingredients:
3 T. Butter
3 cups pecan pieces
12 oz. chocolate almond bark

Instructions:
1. Set oven for 300
2. Melt butter in microwave.
3. Pour melted butter over pecans (in big bowl).
4. Stir the pecans/butter and place on cookie sheet.
5. Place pecans in oven for 10 minutes. When buzzer goes off, stir and put in for another 10 minutes. When buzzer goes off, stir and put in for another 10 minutes. 30 minutes total. Stirring every 10 minutes is an important step or they burn!
6. Meanwhile, melt almond bark in microwave.
7. When pecans are done, stir into the almond bark until coated.
8. Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper and cool.

DELICIOUS and EASY and FREEZES VERY WELL and DOUBLES EASILY. Great finger food for Christmas party.
